Hey, not running or helping out at the Hartwood 10 Miler on August 18th and looking to help out a great event? The Quantico Tri organizers are looking for about 15 good men or women to help out as course marshals for the bike and run sections of the race. Orientation is Tuesday, August 13 at 7pm at the Marine Corps Marathon building in Quantico, 3399 Russell Rd. The MCM expands from exclusively hosting running events by introducing the
inaugural Quantico Triathlon, a sprint distance race, on August 18, 2013
aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico. A 400m pool swim gets athletes ready for
the nine-mile bike on paved roads around the Base followed by a 5K run. www.marinemarathon.com
