Midnight Madness Run

TriFred would like to invite all aspiring ultra runners, insomniacs or night owl FARC members to our second Midnight Madness run Friday February 15 8pm until Saturday February 16 8am.  From 8-10pm Va Runner in Central Park will be hosting the run. They will have door prizes, food and a chance to try out Saucony gear.  After 10pm the party will move to Henry and Lynne Clemo's house with food, drink and space to relax between running.  Come join us for an hour or all night.  Awards will be given for  most miles, anyone  tough enough to do "Roohi repeats" all night long, and perhaps other categories we decide to create in the wee hours.  If you need more info or plan to come,  email Lynne at flclemo@yahoo.com.
